Spot the Glitch, Get Rich is running on TikTok for three weeks from 10th-30th July 2023. You can enter once each day. If you weren’t lucky this time, try again tomorrow.

We’ll draw the jackpot prize winner at random on 31th July 2023, and email the winner within 3 days.
Within 28 days of claiming your daily prize, it’ll arrive as a digital voucher to the email address you gave us when you claimed it.
If you’re the jackpot cash prize winner, you’ll be paid by bank transfer (BACS) within 28 days of claiming it. If the money hasn’t arrived within that window, you’ll have another 28 days to let us know by emailing socialteam@oldjamaicasummerca

Sorry. Your prize chooses you, not the other way around. The only exception is if for some reason beyond our control, we need to substitute your prize for something of equal or greater value. So, no. No transferring, auctioning, bartering, bargaining, haggling, etc.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

Internet access required and entrants must have an active TikTok account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one in order to participate – you will require an active email address in order to do this.
One entry per person, per day, regardless of the number of promotional posts made/viewed during the Promotional Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details including but not limited to creating multiple accounts will be disqualified from this promotion.
The entrant entering the promotion must be the owner of the TikTok account used. Proof of ownership of the social media account and proof of age may be required.
Promotional Period:
The promotion will run from 00:00 10/07/2023 to 23:59 30/07/2023 with x1 prize every day. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
There will be a x1 Jackpot draw on 31/08/2023.

During the promotional period, entrants must look out for the promotional Old Jamaica competition ads on TikTok. If an entrant sees one, they must click on the promotional video. The video will link straight to the promotional entry page where entrants can see what prizes are available and will be prompted to enter their full name and email address to enter.
The Promoter monitors responses and comments to this promotion and if any responses or any previous posts made by an entrant are, or could be regarded, as being disrespectful towards other members of the TikTok community or which contain anything which is likely to or could cause offence or distress, the comments/responses will be removed. As someone who enters the promotion, your use on TikTok is subject to TikTok’s Terms and Conditions: https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/terms-of-service/en
Comments on the TikTok video should not show, mention or tag another person except where the entrant has obtained express permission to publicly share their image or platform name.
Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.
Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

The winners and guests of festival and holiday prize are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the prize including, but not limited to Covid-19 PCR testing, additional travel, transfers, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the winners’ and their guests’ own.
Jackpot Prize
1 x jackpot prize of £10,000 cash, available at end of promotional period:
22 prizes in total available across the promotional period.
No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part for Daily Draw prizes, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.
Winner Selection:
Daily Draw
At the end of each day (23:59) during the promotional period, a winner will be drawn automatically via a randomised computer process from all correct, valid entries received. Winning entries will be validated the following morning. Any duplicate entries will be excluded from the draw.
Jackpot Prize Draw
All eligible and valid daily draw entries will be entered into the Jackpot Prize Draw. The winner will be selected at random by an independent party appointed by Refresco UK on 31/07/2023.
Winner Notification:
Daily Draw
During the promotional period, each Daily Draw winner will be contacted by the email address provided on entry within 24 hours of Winner Selection and will have 14 days to respond to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the Prize.
Jackpot Prize Draw
The Jackpot Prize Draw winner will be contacted by email within 3 days of Winner Selection and will have 28 days to confirm details (name, email address, postal address, age, bank account number and sort code) to claim prize.
Daily & Jackpot Prize Draws
In the case that they do not respond in time, reject the prize or are ineligible another winner will be selected using the same methodology as above. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account/connections during this time in case they are the winner.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to check their email inbox (including, but not limited to, their junk / spam / clutter email inbox) to ensure they are in receipt of a notification. The Promoter’s Agent is not responsible for an entrant making a late claim on their prize if this email is missed or not read / responded to for any reason.
Prize Delivery:
Daily Draw prizes will be delivered by email within 28 days of prize claim and the completion of any verification process. Due to industry-wide supply chain issues, there may be unforeseen delays to deliveries of physical prizes. We will endeavour to get products delivered to winners as quickly as possible.
The Jackpot cash prize will be paid by Bank Transfer (BACS) by the Promoter’s agency. Bank transfer is the only method of prize transfer available. Prize will be delivered within 28 days of winner verification. In the unlikely event the Prize does not arrive within 28 days, winner will have a further 28 days to inform the Promoter by contacting socialteam@oldjamaicasummerca
Covid-19:
If fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to Covid-19 and any associated government restrictions, or industry-wide supply chain issues, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter’s Agent and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prize(s).
Publicity:
Winners may be requested but are not obliged to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. This may include a request to use the winner’s name and image in connection with such publicity.
Winners List:
The Promoter will make available a list of main prize winners’ surnames and counties to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting katie@theindividualagency.com. The Individual Agency, The Engine House, Round Foundry, Leeds, LS11 5DL. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing katie@theindividualagency.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests.
Verification:
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of address and ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which the entrant must provide within 7 days. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information or any postal dispute which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
Social media disclaimers:
Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of TikTok. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to this platform.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with TikTok. By entering the promotion, all participants accept that they have no claim against TikTok. By entering the promotion, all participants agree to a complete liability release for TikTok.
Liability:
If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/ or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions (and any non-contractual issues which arise out of or in connection with them) will be governed by relevant local law with any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in Ireland or in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
Data Protection:
The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. You acknowledge that the Promoter may pass such information to its third-party agency, solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.
